Most people feel nothing at all — you just wear the booties for 50–90 minutes and relax, read or watch TV. The peeling that follows a few days later shouldn't sting either. If you ever feel any discomfort, take them off and rinse your feet.
Peeling usually starts 3–7 days after, and can take a week or two to finish. Everyone's skin is different — thicker, tougher skin can be slower and may need a second application. Let the skin shed naturally — no pulling or picking.
Once every 4–6 weeks is plenty for most people. Your feet need time to reveal the new, softer skin before the next treatment.
